We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal payments (credit cards and e-checks) through our secure checkout. Orders placed from our website are completely secure. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from our parent company "Babies, Brides and More, LLC".

We no longer accept checks for payment for orders placed through our website.

The time of your package's arrival depends on the items in your order. Some items are shipped from separate warehouses and locations and your order may arrive in more than one package. Most items (non-personalized, non-customized, etc.) will arrive within 10 days of placing your order. Actual delivery time can vary according to the shipping carrier. If you need a date-certain delivery, please be sure to select Rush Shipping and enter the date you need your order by. We'll do our best to accomodate you.
Special Note regarding Personalization: Personalization, Engraving and Customization DO EXTEND processing time. Processing time will be listed in each item description.

*When FREE SHIPPING is offered, we reserve the right to ship via carrier & delivery method of our choice. Offer good only for deliveries to the Continental US.

Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground for most packages. However, due to the origin of some of our products, you may receive your package via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Your order may also arrive in separate shipments. We always send a delivery tracking number for all shipments, so you always know where your order is!

Please note: UPS and FED EX CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

If you have a special need for a certain delivery, please let us know your date needed by and select RUSH SHIPPING (if applicable) when checking out.

Although we make every effort to ensure your order arrives by the date you need it by, we cannot guarantee arrival dates, and have no control over shipping carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is always our foremost concern and we gladly accept returns within 15 (fifteen) days after you receive your order, no questions asked! This policy applies to non-personalized, non-clothing, non-perishable and non-edible items. We do require that the item(s) be in original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of custom, engraved and personalized items, as well as edible, perishable and clothing items, these items cannot be accepted for return.

Returns will be made for exchange or refund of merchandise value only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges

Exchanges will be made for merchandise only. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges, unless it is due to our error. Exchanges received will ship back to the customer within the processing time listed on the item page.

Damages
We carefully package and ship all of our packages via trackable shipping carriers, however, in rare instances, packages may be lost or damaged in transit to you. Our policy is to replace or refund your order once a claim is established with us. Claims for damages must be made within 5 business days of receipt of package. If you have received a tracking number for your package and suspect it may be lost in transit, or need to file a damage claim, please fill out our online Customer Care form to report lost or damaged packages.
