Most of our items are shipped within 7 business days of your order, with the exception of our custom, personalized and specialty items. Shipping transit time can take an additional 1 to 7 business days. To ensure fastest delivery, your order may arrive in separate shipments. An easy way to determine when your order will arrive is:
Availability Time + Delivery Time = Approx. Arrival Time
For instance, if an item has Availability Time of 3-4 days,
3-4 Days Availability Time + 4-7 Days Delivery Time = 7-11 Business Days (Approx. Arrival Time)

Your satisfaction is always our foremost concern and we gladly accept returns within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after you receive your order, no questions asked! This policy applies to non-personalized, non-clothing, non-perishable and non-edible items. We do require that the item(s) be in original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of custom, engraved and personalized items, as well as edible, perishable and clothing items, these items cannot be accepted for return. Please email us at Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Customers returning items are responsible for cost of shipping and for sending shipment via trackable service (USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or Fed Ex) to ensure their return. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of return. If your return is received 30 days after your order is placed, we will process your refund by company check, mailed to the billing address on file.

At this time, we do not have a print catalog. Our website shows our available items and is updated frequently to reflect new items. At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii at the actual shipping rates applicable to those areas ("Free Shipping" offer may not apply to these areas). Please email us for a shipping quote. Can I order samples of your products? Certain items may be ordered for samples. Please email us at Can I have my order gift wrapped? At this time, because our items are shipped from separate locations, gift wrap is not available. We can include a gift message with your order and we do not include prices on your packing slip when your order is shipped to an address other than your billing address.
